Today’s world demands multi takers who can resolve several issues at the same time and that too with perfection. It is about juggling between different tasks and completing those. In a team of many members, if somebody is a multi-taker, then he/she can perform the task of others also who are on leave or unavailable temporarily. Also, he/she can give suggestions in different genres of work. Such people can lead the team well because they how to do every work that the people in team do. Mostly, professionals nowadays handle internal and external tasks, communicate with clients and also get things streamed up within the organization. This is a common example of multi-tasking that could be seen in everyday corporate life.

Is multi-tasking a good or bad skill? This is still a question but everything actually varies from one person to other. If someone is skilled at doing different tasks and he/she is a keen learner, then chances are high that he/she would perform all the tasks swiftly and perfectly. In case of any issue occurred, such professionals could be able to resolve in no time. But many people get confused while doing several tasks at a time and so they cannot be regarded for being multi-taskers. There are several field of work where only dedicated professionals are required and no multi-tasking is expected unless it is an emergency. So, in such cases, the relevant of juggling between many tasks becomes very less. However, multi-taskers are essentials of any team because they can manage situations when the specialists are unavailable temporarily. Many organizations conduct workshops and trainings for their employees and help them to learn many other skills that are different from their genres. This helps the employees to become multi-taskers.
