Provide production support on applications in scope with sound application and technical knowledge. Well versed with Incident management process Well versed with Problem management Perform RCA on recurring incidents Adherence to SLAs and support processes, prompt response to customer queries, incidents and requests Liaise with development and testing team to be abreast with the on-going releases. Liaise with Business Co-ordinators to ensure regular communication, prompt updates. Provide support and technical expertise in delivering ad-hoc requests Prepare a Knowledge base and share Wiki docs Contribute towards creation/maintenance of project documentation & relevant artefacts as audit requirements.
