The selected will work on following:- Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy. Develop and update the Job descriptions and Job Specifications. Establish recruitment requirement by studying organization plans and objectives and discussions with the manager regarding the needs. Determine applicants requirement by studying Job descriptions and Job qualifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate Job boards/ colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media. Coordinate college recruitment initiatives. Assess applicants relevant skill, knowledge, soft skill, experience, and aptitudes. Screen candidates resume and Job applications. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting report to the manager. Responsible for doing cold calls and line up candidate for the Interview. Monitor and apply best Hr recruiting pratices.
