Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
Set the path to success: Oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions, including Need based Training.
Define Sutherlands reputation: Train new hire consultants and tenured consultants effectively on communication and customer service skills
Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
Our most successful candidates will have:
Bachelors degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
Strategic ability in developing solutions and process improvements
1 year minimum experience as a Communication Trainer.
